Educational Background

Dr. Barner received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University in 1987.  She has years of experience in helping doctors select the most appropriate drug therapy for patients.  Now she is focusing on natural and holistic approaches to stress management, health and well being.  Dr. Barner was ordained as a minister of International Science of the Mind Church for Spiritual Healing in March 2008.  She plans to receive Doctorate in Theology in Spiritual Healing in September 2013 from Holos University Graduate Seminary. 

Dr. Barner is certified in Neuro Emotional Technique that was developed by Dr. Scott Walker in 1987. This technique works with your body's ability to heal and change.  It leaves people healthy and free to choose their reponse to life's events.  Ellen is also trained in other techniques that can assist you in losing weight, quitting smoking, or attaining any goal you desire.
