Welcome to Lightness1All, where my story becomes a beacon of hope for yours.
For much of my life, I believed I had to earn love—by keeping the peace, pleasing everyone, and striving for perfection. As an adoptee growing up amid alcoholism and volatility, I became a master at sensing what others needed and hiding my own. I wore busyness like a badge, always pushing through exhaustion, numbing with doing, and telling myself that being everything for everyone would finally make me “enough.”
But pain has a way of breaking us open. My health crisis forced me to listen to my body and spirit in a way I never had before. A fractured wrist and a diagnosis of osteoporosis stopped me in my tracks, demanding that I slow down and tend to myself with compassion. The breaking point came with burnout and heartbreak—when I questioned whether life could ever be more than just surviving. Divorce brought deep grief, guilt, and the terrifying gift of starting over at 62. I left behind the home my parents built, familiar faces, and a lifetime of roles, venturing to Florida’s Gulf Coast with nothing but a U-Haul, two cats and a flicker of hope.
That’s when I discovered: Paradise isn’t a place—it’s a state of being.
It’s what emerges when you finally come home to yourself.
I stopped running from my pain and learned to listen—really listen—to the wisdom inside. I discovered that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about remembering who you are: radiant, whole, worthy, and deeply loved. Each time I helped another woman peel back the layers of old stories and expectations, I saw her light return, and it reflected my own. There is nothing more joyful than watching a woman reclaim her spark, her playfulness, and the power of her authentic voice.
That’s why I created Lightness1All, LLC. My lighthouse logo isn’t just a symbol—it’s my life in living color:
A beacon in the storm, anchored on rocks of resilience, shining over waves of challenge, inviting you to come home—no matter how high the tides or how lost you feel.
What I know for sure is this:
Most women think they have to keep hustling, pleasing, or proving themselves to find happiness. But what’s really happening is their true self—their joy, intuition, and power—has been buried under old stories and expectations.
I help women untangle from the past, spark their creative magic, and step boldly into a life of freedom, fun, and fierce self-love—where the divine feminine and masculine dance together, and joy leads the way.
